Message	Your gonna file that little motion... the judge is gonna look at the case... he's gonna say... "guilty"... the ticket goes on your GF's record... her insurance goes up... etc.... (unless she can do traffic school) Just because you file some BS motion to try to escape through a legal loophole, doesn't mean that the judge will follow the letter of the law... I've had this happen to me before... it is the judge's sole discretion. And it seems to me to be an open and shut case... And about the having to pee thing... lol... gimmie a break dude... that's the lamest excuse for speeding I've ever heard. That's excatly what the judge will say too. Sorry.
